Welcome to the Try Glance Experience!

Experience Glance cobrowse yourself and demo it with others. Explore the features and the intuitive nature of navigating, highlighting, and gesturing with a guest / visitor.

Recommended set-up:

  • The best way to see Glance cobrowse in action is with an additional monitor. One browser window for the “Agent” and one for the “Visitor”.
  • If you do not have two monitors, you can arrange two browser windows side-by-side. This will simulate both the Agent and Visitor browsers on your single screen.
  • If prompted, disable pop-up blockers and enable camera access for the video portion.

Getting started:

  1. Click Join Session to open your Agent Join Page.
  2. This opens a new browser tab in the background where you will log in.
  3. Move this browser tab to your other monitor (or as a separate window beside this window if not using two monitors).
  4. Click the Start Cobrowse button below, enter the session code shown in your Agent Join Page, and then click Join Session.

Once you’ve started a session, the Agent Viewer will display and you can now experience the following features:

  • Agent Gesturing - use your mouse to point and click to highlight areas of the page, or click and drag.
  • Content Masking - see the Content Masking Examples section below.

With the Agent Viewer toolbar control

  • Add Guest - select Add Guest from the toolbar to invite another party into the session. When the Agent is presented with the Guest Join Link, you can open a new browser window and paste in the link for the Guest to join.
  • Share Screen - select Share Screen to share additional Agent or Visitor browser tabs, windows, or entire screens.
  • Remote Assist - select Remote Assist to allow the Agent to assist with navigation and field entry using the Masking Example section below.
  • Document Share - select Share Document to share documents between the Agent and visitor.
  • Two-Way Video - select Agent Video to start a two-way video session.

Glance Content Masking Examples

Fields with the glance_masked class will be hidden from the Agent.

Glance Mobile Camera Share

Follow these steps to try Mobile Camera Share:

  1. Navigate to the Agent Join Page, unless already logged in.
  2. Enter your mobile number in the “Customer's Number” field and click Video (SMS). This sends an SMS with a link to the mobile device.
  3. Click the link on your mobile device and allow camera permissions. This starts a Mobile Camera Share session that opens a new browser window for the Agent to view the Visitor's mobile camera.
